The early bird prize will be drawn at the close of conference on Friday 15th September and you must be present to win!
Early Bird prize draw...
The Early Bird Conference Registration fee per person is $495 + GST valid until 15th July 2017. The cost for all registrations received after 15th July 2017 is $595 + GST.
Following completion of your registration, invoices for conference registration fees will be issued by i-SITE New Zealand.
Invoicing JUNE 2017 - Registrations made on or before 25th June 2017 will be invoiced in June 2017
Invoicing JULY 2017 - Registrations made on or after 26th June 2017 will be invoiced in July 2017
The conference registration fee includes all meals as stated in the programme, evening function and entertainment, workshops, plus pre and post conference famils [excluding those requiring accommodation as stated in the famil programme].
Registrations close on 31st July 2017 and all fees must be paid prior to 31st August 2017 in order to be eligible for inclusion in the Early Bird prize draw.

The 2017 i-SITE New Zealand Conference will be held at the Chateau Tongariro Hotel, Mt Ruapehu.
Conference accommodation rates and rooms have been secured at the hotel for the duration of the conference.
Accommodation bookings need to be made directly with the Chateau Tongariro Hotel using the booking form attached here.
The accommodation booking form details the rates for stays between the 10th -15th September inclusive.
Rates specified in the booking form are non-commissionable.
