We have put together an impressive programme that we hope you will both enjoy and find valuable.


A Quick Reference Guide with the final programme details will be provided at the registration desk on arrival.


This year's conference will be held at the Chateau Tongariro Hotel, Mt Ruapehu.

The Early Bird Conference Registration fee per person is $495 + GST per person and is valid until 15th July 2017.  The fee for all registrations received after 15th July 2017 is $595 + GST per person.


On completion of your registration, invoices for the registration fee will be issued by i-SITE New Zealand. as follows:


Invoicing JUNE 2017 - Registrations made on or before 25th June 2017 will be invoiced in June 2017


Invoicing JULY 2017 - Registrations made on or after 26th June 2017 will be invoiced in July 2017


The conference registration fee includes all meals as stated in the programme, attendance at the welcome function, the gala awards dinner [including entertainment], industry workshops, plus conference famils (excluding those with a cost as stated in the famil programme).


Registrations close on 31st July 2017 and all fees must be paid prior to 31st August 2017 in order to be eligible for inclusion in the Early Bird prize draw.

Arrival to pōwhiri:

The pōwhiri [welcome] will be held at Chateau Tongariro Hotel . If you are making your own way to the venue – please arrive by 11.30am in time for the start of the pōwhiri at 11.45am.
